Be Part of
Something Bigger
If you're looking for meaningful work, career growth, and a team that knows how to have a good time, you'll feel right at home here. We're building something special, and we'd love for you to be part of it.

So What Happens When You Join

You Become Part of Our Community
We’re big enough to span states, but still small enough to keep it personal. We go out of our way to make sure every team member feels seen and connected – with events, check-ins, birthday gifts, and even little things like remembering your favorite coffee order.

You Make Sessions Your Own
Great therapy doesn’t have to feel rigid. We encourage creativity and play, so you can bring your full self to every session: your ideas, your energy, your way of connecting. It makes the work more personal, more rewarding, and a lot more fun.

You're Trusted to Lead
We hire talented people, and then trust them to do their jobs well. That means no micromanaging, no pressure to meet quotas at the expense of care, and no unnecessary red tape. You’ll have the clinical freedom to tailor your sessions and make decisions in a way that feels aligned with your values and your clients’ needs.

You'll Keep Moving Forward
Whether you're just starting out or working toward becoming a BCBA, we've built programs to get you there. We promote from within because we believe in investing in our people, and many of our clinical directors started right where you might be today.
We're Invested in
Where You're Going

Student Analyst Program
Our structured curriculum walks you through every step toward BCBA certification: paid supervision hours (including hard-to-find unrestricted hours), hands-on experience with assessments and treatment planning, and mentorship from experienced BCBAs. It’s a launchpad for growth, and many of our analysts have built long-term careers here.

We'll help you access the 40-hour training, guide you through the certification process, and connect you with mentors who'll support you along the way. Once you're certified, you'll continue to get ongoing support as you build your skills and confidence in the field.
