Kailey Hall
Clinical Director, Missouri and Kansas
Kailey Hall, M.A., BCBA, is the Clinical Director at BridgeCare ABA. She earned her Master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. Kailey is passionate about empowering providers to deliver high-quality, individualized care that helps children reach their fullest potential. She has a special interest in early intervention and enjoys helping young children develop foundational social and play skills that support communication, connection, and lifelong learning.

Shakila Smith
Lead RBT, Missouri
Shakila Smith is a Registered Behavior Technician and Lead RBT who works with individuals to help them develop independence and skills for everyday life. She's known for bringing energy and a positive attitude to her sessions, making therapy engaging while keeping the focus on real progress for each client.As a Lead RBT, Shakila works hand-in-hand with families and clinical staff, and she mentors other RBTs to make sure everyone's delivering quality, compassionate care. She cares about making sure clients, families, and her team all feel supported and confident throughout the process.

Kelsey Crosby
Director of Clinical Training
Kelsey Crosby, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, is a Senior Clinical Supervisor at BridgeCare ABA. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2018, Kelsey brings deep clinical expertise and a passion for professional development to her role. In addition to overseeing client programs, she designed and currently leads the firm’s Student Analyst curriculum. Kelsey finds great fulfillment in supervising the next generation of clinicians, ensuring they provide the highest standard of evidence-based care while fostering a supportive learning environment for both students and families
